Marie-Paule Milone performs as cellist and mezzo-soprano in France, Europe and the United States, under the direction of conductors such as Standley Ritchie, Thomas Binkley, Bertrand de Billy, Fabien Gabel, François-Xavier Roth,… France, she is present at the Théâtre du Châtelet, the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées, the Salle Gaveau, the Musée d'Orsay, the October Festival in Normandy, the Arsenal de Metz, the Opéra de Rennes, the Opéra -Comics, etc.
She also has a great activity as a chamber musician, notably with the pianist Denis Pascal. She also shares the stage with Eric Lacrouts, Svetlin Roussev, Tedi Papavrami, Jean-François Zygel, Gérard Poulet, Philippe Graffin, Gerard Caussé, Alain Meunier, Philippe Muller, Michel Lethiec, Eric Le Sage.
Marie-Paule Milone is the creator and dedicatee of numerous works by contemporary composers: Régis Campo, Guillaume Connesson, Lucien Guerinel, Nicolas Bacri, Jean-Dominique Krynen, Francine Aubin. She is also the co-founder of the Festival Tons Voisins in Albi.
As a mezzo-soprano, after his opera debut in the Orfeode Rossi under the baton of Stanley Ritchie and Thomas Binkley, then in the great religious and secular oratorios of Berlioz, Brahms and Verdi (Requiem), Marie-Paule Milone perfected her studies with the great professor Vera Rosza in London. She is involved in numerous festivals, in Italy, Spain, Paris (Salle Gaveau, Opéra Comique), Opéra de Rennes, Herbst Theater in San Francisco, Amphithéâtre de l'Opéra Bastille. His recital repertoire includes the major cycles of Schubert (Winterreise), Schumann, Mahler, Joseph Marx, Prokofiev, Richard Strauss, Mussorgsky, Anton Rubinstein, Wagner, Rachmaninoff.
